Our Lavender infused honey is a crowd pleaser, lightly floral in taste it is the perfect sweetener to accompany your yoghurt and oatmeal breakfast, drizzled into a steaming cup of tea or even pair with a fresh salad for a floral twist on a summer classic. All honey in our infused range is lightly heated to 40 degrees to intensify the flavors and maximise the infusion process however we only use dried herbs to ensure that the water content of the honey is never altered.
NOTE:
If you purchase honey from us you may find small pieces of pollen or natural particles in your honey. Whist we do double strain the final product, we cannot catch every little bit, just know that your purchasing 100% pure, raw and natural honey where taste is superior to no other.
