Our Lemon Myrtle infusion will surprise you with it subtle hints of zest and freshness to awaken your tastebuds, some customers have been known to pair with our ginger infused honey to maximise health benefits and fight those winter coughs, others love to drizzle over fruit salads or marinate chicken for a flavoursome meal. Our crushed lemon myrtle leaves are from established trees around the Mitchellton suburbs and remain in the honey to strengthen that full-bodied flavour.
HINT:
The crushed leave float to the top so if you store your jar upside down the leaves will be at the bottom and infused honey is at the top

If you purchase honey from us you may find small pieces of pollen or natural particles in your honey. Whist we do double strain the final product, we cannot catch every little bit, just know that your purchasing 100% pure, raw and natural honey where taste is superior to no other.
